Adult Sleep
There is a lot that we can do to help you find some restful and restorative sleep.
Depending on your situation, this may involve CBTi, addressing sleep hygiene, and anxiety release, for example.
I can support you in decoding your sleep struggles.

Family & Infant Sleep
I meet with you online to find out what your days and nights look like right now, and establish realistic sleep goals for your child based on their development and age. I come back to you with a sleep plan, to support you in reaching your sleep goals. As a gentle and holistic sleep consultant, I will not instruct you to leave your child to cry without comfort and support.

The session fee includes reviewing your consultation form/sleep diary before we meet, a 60-90 min consultation, the creation of a tailored sleep plan, and 2 weeks of follow-up support via email.
