‘Relaxed about the scan’ is a meditation to help you keep calm and mindful whilst you are getting closer to the scan date.
These ‘what ifs’ really don’t help anyone, let alone you.
Find some time to allow yourself some extra self-care by listening to this meditation frequently. I’ve kept it reasonably short, to allow for lots of snippets of listening.
Keeping yourself calm and relaxed, and going with the flow is the best thing you can do to help you and the baby. This is suitable for both partners and can be listened to in the daytime or before sleep.
