The work I offer today has been shaped by more than two decades of learning, practice, and lived experience.
Over the years, I have continually invested in professional training and personal development so that I can offer my clients compassionate and well-grounded support. My work is informed by training in humanistic and somatic counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation and mind-body approaches, alongside specialist study in areas such as fertility, sleep, relationships and emotional wellbeing.

2003 – 2006:
During this time, I began supporting friends and families informally as a birth partner (doula-style support), set up and facilitated the free prenatal and postpartum peer support group Bumps & Babes, and edited the newsletter for the West Cumbria branch of the NCT.
I also began my Reiki journey during these years and later trained to Reiki Master level, continuing to explore Reiki with different schools over time.

While qualifications and training are important, I believe the heart of my work lies in presence, compassion and authenticity.
