I support people through some of life’s most tender and complex moments, drawing on more than two decades of experience in therapeutic work, mind–body approaches and compassionate listening.
I work with the whole person: mind, body and the deeper aspects of human experience that shape how we heal, grow and make sense of our lives.
Below you’ll find some information about how I work, the kinds of experiences people often seek support for, and practical details about sessions.
How I Work
Every person I work with is different, and the way we work together is always shaped by your individual needs and circumstances.
My approach is grounded in humanistic and somatic counselling, which means our work is person-centred and guided by what feels most meaningful and supportive for you. I offer a reflective and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
Alongside this relational work, I also draw on clinical hypnotherapy and mind–body approaches, which can gently support deeper reflection, relaxation and nervous system regulation when appropriate.
Where helpful, I may also share practical insights or supportive tools drawn from my professional experience.
Together we can move between reflection, understanding and practical support, depending on what feels most helpful for you at that time.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals who are navigating a wide range of life experiences and emotional challenges.
Many of the people I support are moving through significant moments in life, including fertility journeys, pregnancy, early parenthood and menopause, as well as relationship challenges, sleep difficulties, bereavement and other periods of emotional transition.
Some people come with a clear issue they would like support with, while others arrive with a sense that something in life feels difficult or uncertain and want a space to explore what is happening. I welcome people of all genders, identities and backgrounds. Some of the experiences I support people through are more commonly associated with women’s health, but I recognise that people of many identities may navigate these journeys.
Wherever you are in your journey, our work together begins with understanding your unique experience.
Where I Work
All sessions are currently offered online, which allows me to support clients across the world.
Over the years I have worked with people in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Norway, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Australia, the United States and many other locations. Sessions are typically held via Zoom, which provides a simple and secure way for us to work together wherever you are based.
Sessions are offered in English.
Session Fees
I offer a small number of one-to-one sessions each week. [wait list at present, but do get in touch]
Individual sessions are £75 for 50 minutes, and payment is made at the time of booking.
Some people come for support around a specific issue, while others prefer to work together over a number of sessions. We can decide together what feels most helpful for you.
For those who know they would like several sessions of support, a small package is available:
Three-session bundle £205
These sessions can be used over a period of three months.
I also offer occasional small group programmes and workshops, which provide a supportive and more affordable way to explore certain themes in a shared space.
If you have any questions about working together, you are very welcome to get in touch before booking.
