The second trimester is a time for your body to rest after such an intensive 1st trimester, and to not forget that there is still the need for purposeful rest, despite energy levels increasing.
Encouraging gentle and mindful exercise to keep you moving, but encouraging plenty of meditation and meaningful rest too.
